Karen Milward is a Yorta Yorta woman based in Melbourne. As an Aboriginal consultant, Karen is well known for being a strong advocate for developing culturally appropriate solutions to addressing the issues confronting Indigenous people.

Cultural Diversity

Coming from an Indigenous background, Karen has a well grounded and comprehensive understanding of the cultural diversity of Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, families and communities - particularly in Victoria.

Karen Milward Consulting has designed and delivered over 500 Aboriginal Cultural Respect Training programs and Cultural Competency programs to staff of government departments and their agencies and to a range of private sector and not-for-profit organisations across Australia.
